1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

To access real-money games on ffg777, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.

You are responsible for:

By making a deposit on ffg777, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity;
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Deposits are credited to your ffg777 wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ffg777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

ffg777 reserves the right to reverse or withhold deposits where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your ffg777 account dashboard at any time. ffg777 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from ffg777:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• ffg777 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details;

ffg777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the ffg777 system.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ffg777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms;

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ffg777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on ffg777, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

ffg777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment:

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on ffg777 use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated;

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffg777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ffg777, whether under your own name or using false identity information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ffg777 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain;
• Using the ffg777 Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal sources;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method or identity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by ffg777;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ffg777 staff through any communication channel on the Platform.

ffg777 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected prohibited conduct.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ffg777 Platform, including but not limited to the ffg777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ffg777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ffg777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ffg777 Platform without prior written consent;
• Use the ffg777 brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property for any commercial purpose;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the ffg777 Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ffg777's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ffg777.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ffg777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ffg777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ffg777's reasonable control.

The ffg777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ffg777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ffg777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11Responsible Gaming

ffg777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. Gaming on ffg777 is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ffg777 players:

12Account Suspension & Termination

ffg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ffg777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., player-initiated closure or self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

13Amendments to These Terms

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ffg777 informally by contacting our support team. ffg777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

ffg777 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by ffg777 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
